Tony Martins, owner Tony started working in the auto body industry in the mid-1960s. This family business was Martins' Auto Centre, a quality paint, body and import parts center. He also had formal training and education in the field, attending a vocational technical school for four years, studying auto body repair and welding. Since then, he has completed accredited certification courses in the industry, including I-CAR, PPG, 3M, NACE and Car-O-Liner. Not content with just repairing cars, he is active in the collector car community, including such organizations as Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing, Austin Healey Club Rocky Mountain Region, and the MG Car Club Rocky Mountain Center. In 2008–2009, he was chairman of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Vintage Car Group.
Rich Groneman Rich has known Tony for 15 years, and like Tony, Rich also began working in his father's auto shop business at a young age. His specialty is painting, and he takes pride in creating a finished product that is superior to the original factory paint job. He has several painting accredited certifications.
Douglas Hale Doug started his career in the auto body industry in the early 1970s by attending the Emily Griffith Opportunity College, a vocational school in Denver. He studied all aspects of body repair, including paint, body, frame structural repair and welding. Since then has become I-CAR certified, which is the industry standard for testing certifications. He has worked in several dealerships' collision repair workshops — VW, Audi, Volvo, Mazda, Porsche and Mercedes. This experience has given him an extensive knowledge of how different manufacturers build their cars. Doug brings his 35 years of experience to Rallye Coach Works, along with his own Car-O-Liner machine, doubling the shop's capacity for frame straightening. He has been a Car-O-Liner technician since 1986.
